Was on a 3 day mini vacation, from Las Vegas, I stopped by with my bff Mel & was greeted with a very, very friendly staff, we even had home-made cookies, water & an unforgettable kick back white Jeep mini tour w/relaxing music to see properties..We saw the best sites.The Best in Cottonwood!!! I highly recommend to make Century 31, you won’t regret it. Thank you Dennis, John & Amy
I talked to Carol numerous times. Asked about a house. She said she’d be in contact. I called. My mother called. She never called back. I went in. She wasn’t there .Again. I called that day she said she would talk to the owner about my dogs and call me back. I tried and tried for two weeks .She never responded. Then I finally got her on the phone and she said she didn’t remember me. First application and she said she never saw it. Doesnt even remember me. Bullspit. Last time I called she said the others “looked like they would qualify” I’m assuming because she “doesn’t remember me” I didnt look the part. She ACTUALLY SAID ‘they look the part’. I will NEVER EVER do business again with them.
This real estate office is super accessible and perfectly located. They sold our house quickly and at a good price for us. We are very pleased with Century 21 Sexton Realty!
I applied for an apartment last month. Carol helped us get applied and made sure our applications looked correct. Then told us she would be in contact. We waited and waited and i finally called her ( about two weeks after applying) but she was not there, so i called some time later and she told me that the owner wanted to wait because there were things that needed to be fixed up then said she hadn’t processed the applications yet. She would let us know when it was available but offered back our application fee a. I tried calling a week later to find out what needed to be fixed in the apartment, but she wasn’t there again. I called today and spoke with Carol. She told me that she wasn’t sure about renting to people of my age ( i’m almost 23 and my friend who is renting with me is 21) because we don’t understand the maturity levels and think that the apartment would be treated as we would treat our parents homes… but i’m sorry i pay rent at the place i live now ( i haven’t lived with my family in four years, and my friend helps out with bills as well and we understand how to be mature, we are not 16 years old. This is why people my age to 30 have issues renting anywhere because no one gives anyone a chance around here. We need a starting point.
If I could give it to zero Stars I would it’s a horrible place to rent from they do not care about things like black mold or maintenance they have a lot of shady people working for them I would rather live in a cardboard box then to rent from this Realty Company Why Pay five hundred bucks a month on my landlord never fixes anything or cares if you have heat or windows that aren’t falling out
