These guys are great! We worked with Amy Jarvis on both buying and selling a house. We were looking at homes but not very seriously and she found one that we loved and as a result we ended up buying it. Besides just helping close on the house, she was instrumental in arranging all of the people necessary for inspections, appraisals and multiple tradesmen to handle some repairs that were needed. She made the process very easy. Amy has the ability to create a good rapport with the other agent involved which helps the process run smoothly.
And for selling our existing home, again…she made the process simple. She dealt with all the inspectors, appraisers, contractors and handymen. And she didn’t just list the house and forget it. She helped us coordinate all of the items needed to get the house ready to show. Then she had a professional photographer take incredible photos of the house and then had a 4 day open house and as a result, the house sold in under two days for the asking price and without contingencies.

Amy Jarvis is a wonder woman when it comes to selling real estate and also helping her buyers find their dream home. She is smart, educated, personable, genuine, and has her client’s interest always at heart. People are literally drawn to her for her personality and the love and respect she has for her family, clients, work, and so much more. She makes the process of either buying or selling a home seamless. She has personally been able to answer my questions in a way that provided me with understanding. Cristen is awesome! She got me the house I wanted even though we were up against other offers. She is very efficient and very responsive to any matters that came up during our inspection and negotiations. She works very hard for her clients. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transactions.
Cristen is amazing! She is so responsive & professional and really knows the market. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We were on a tight timeframe (60 days left on our lease) & budget and desperately needed a house for both ourselves & our pets (and a baby on the way).
We quickly realized how competitive it is out there but it didn’t even phase Cristen. She got creative with our offers and really helped guide us so we got the perfect home! The sellers received 15 offers and OURS was accepted. She basically made our miracle happen and I am so grateful! 100% recommend!
