My wife and I had the pleasure of working with the Carol Royse Team (CRT). From start to finish it was simply an excellent experience. on my initial contact with the CRT, Carol herself answered, she was patient and made sure all of my initial questions were answered. She said I have just the right agent for you, and she was right. Eric Middlebrook was excellent, he was always available to text or talk and answer our questions or concerns throughout the entire process. On top of the great service we sold our house in record time and at full asking price. We cant see where we would ever use another agent.
I contacted the Carol Royse realty company and the next day met with one of their realtors, Josh, who listened to what I wanted in a buyer and he delivered! Josh took care of everything from letting contractors in to fix issues with the condo and making the arrangements with Spencer’s to have appliances purchased, delivered and set up without my presence. Each time I called with questions/concerns Josh responded immediately and always made me feel valuable as a client. Oh, and my condo was under contract with a buyer within 48 hours and for more than I thought I would be get for it. When the time came, Josh made arrangements for the Title company to come to me in order to sign the closing documents and my condo was in the hands of a new owner in about a month and a half! This family owned business knows how to take care of their clients! I highly recommend the Carol Royse Team if you want a responsive realtor to sell your property.
