1. Simply the BEST! Amazing knowledge and connections! I worked with Carol and her team recently to purchase a home…she answered every call or text almost immediately and was always putting my interests first…I’ve bought 5+ homes and I wish I had partnered with her on every one!

2. Excellent! We were referred to Carol by friends and so glad we were. Buying a home during a pandemic and in a sellers market is stressful but the process was made much less so by Carol. We always received prompt responses to our (many) questions, she always pointed us towards exactly the type of homes we were looking for and it was an overall smooth process. Thanks!

4. Carol is the absolute best of the best! She knows this area better than anyone and she goes above and beyond for her clients! As first time home buyers we were very nervous but Carol always made us feel comfortable and got us to most beautiful home we have ever seen! We would not be in our dream home if it wasn’t for her! I highly recommend her to everyone I know!

5. After the passing of my mom in February, 2020. I was faced with having three rental properties to sell. If you have ever sold a home, you know how stressful this can be. Well try and sell three of them during a pandemic.
   I decided we would list all of the properties with Carol and what a wise choice. We have sold/closed two of the properties and only more to go in less than 3 months.

   Carol and her office staff (Karen) made this process so easy, they were always more than willing to go the extra mile.
