  1. We decided to sell our house in Mesa in May. Being back in Canada with the border closed we wondered how easy it would be. We had received some bailouts over the last couple of years from Canam Realty and thought we would contact them. Within 5 days we had our house listed and then 8 days later we had an offer we accepted. Rick and the staff did a great job and made it quite easy. Larry was great to deal with and even found a buyer for our car. Angela, Nicole, Ryan, Cory and Mark were all a pleasure to deal with and made the sale quite seamless without ever being there. Defiantly would use them again or recommend to others.

  3. What a great team! The whole process from start to finish was worry free. Being in Canada when we sold in Arizona was no problem at all. We really appreciated the personal service and all the step by step information we received from CanAm.

  4. Canam Realty let us know exactly what to expect and then put a whole team to work for us to sell our condo, even though we weren’t able to be there. Each person had a particular expertise to apply depending on what stage of the process we were at. Everyone involved knew what they needed to know and did what they needed to do. We felt comfortable knowing we had someone walking us through every step of the process. Angela was an amazing point person, Rick and Scott were smart negotiators, Andy and Nicole were informative, Ryan was totally on top of the inspection details and Cory went above and beyond to help us save important belongings.

Samantha& I were very happy with Rick&his team.Although it took longer than expected (mostly due to COVID)to sell Rick was regularly in touch with us and gave us excellent advice throughout the process.
