We bought our first home with Tim’s help last spring–clueless first time home buyers with a long list of things we needed (family of 7) but not a huge budget. Tim was very knowledgable about all the areas we want to live in and very accommodating taking us around–but I loved that he didn’t rush us or try to talk us into anything. He provided a lot of good information and advice when looking at fixer-upper homes both about the process and their potential. Finally a house that checked all the boxes went on the market on Monday night, and Tim got us in to see it 8:30 the next morning, enabling us to get our offer in first before a long list of people who toured it those first two days. He helped us make an attractive but reasonable offer and we’ve been nothing but thrilled with our new home and neighbourhood.
