First time seeing models homes to be honest. The prices were reasonable compared to the options my family has out here in LA/Orange County, out here the dream of owning a home may never be realized, even then you spend over 1 million for a house (more like Townhome) you can have for 300k in Arizona. Pulte has some beautiful homes and great staff. The amount if new constructions happening there now means the area is appealing to a lot of people now, and we are considering moving there if the opportunity arises.

Thinking about purchasing a new build was kinda of a scary thought. However, everyone we worked with from the Pulte organization were absolutely wonderful. I would go through the process again because it was so stress free.
Just moved into our second Pulte home! Very excited to be in the neighborhood.
