  1. The models are beautiful and the staff are friendly. But if you actually purchase a home, it’s sloppily constructed with imperfections everywhere. And it’s extremely inconvenient to get those imperfections corrected.

  2. I have lived in a Beazer home since November 2018. There were many problems in the house that we discovered after move in.

1-no electrical power in the master bath.
2-light switches for the patio were buried in the drywall.
3-the heating / cooling unit was not properly started.
4-the back yard was not properly graded to run rain water around the house.
5-baseboard came loose from the wall.
6-Kitchen cabinet doors scratched and gouged.
7-the north bedroom concrete was poured in two pours rather than one continuous pour.

    During construction:
1-the roof was left uncovered during a hard rainfall. Ceilings had to be removed along with the attic insulation and totally replaced.
2-wiring in the ceiling was improperly installed. The wiring was stretched across metal cleats which will cut through the wire insulation causing short circuits as the house structure settles. Possible fire threat. It was pointed out to the superintendent but ignored. This likely caused the lack of power in the master bath.
3-the curb around the garage was crushed. It was never fixed. Instead they epoxied the garage to cover up and shut me up.
4-on the day we signed off, we were desperate to move as we were losing the rental we were in. They were still painting while we were walking through. So testing all of the fixtures wasn’t an option.

  3. William and his partner need to be fired by Beezer. I filled out a pre-qualification and had it sent over on 02/17/2020 and not once have the called me. Furthermore, I stopped in 3 times over the last 2.5 weeks and I got a different story each time… One lot I was excited about was supposedly $12500off but the next day my parents were told it was $5000 more as a premium(was talking them into moving into morning sun farms too, not anymore) . I confronted William today to cleer it up and he told me it “was a moot point anyway because that sale is over”…
Who knows, maybe it’s Beezer that treats buying a new $350k+ house like a used car lot…
