  1. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. CrossCountry Mortgage does not have an app, can’t get any kind of representatives on the phone on a Monday. I spoke to three different representatives today Tuesday and all of them sounded miserable. I spoke to the supervisor by the name of JANET employee ID JCO, she answered questions I asked to be transferred to the survey and she transferred me to an online bill pay. They constantly have problems with their phone system. They’re having problems with their website. I highly recommend using another mortgage company.
