  1. We were visiting Laughlin Nevada and my Family and I got into a bad car accident in Bullhead City. We had to stay in town a couple of extra days and we found Anderson Ford to buy a van. Gene and Deana were so very wonderful helping us through this process and we honestly cannot say enough about how amazing they are. I highly recommend going to see them if you are buying a new car. The whole crew at Anderson Ford seem like a tight knit awesome family. We were respected and treated with so much care. Thank You Anderson Ford and Especially Deana And Gene for everything you did for us. -Thank You For Your Service To Our Country Gene!

  2. First class is how they treat you at Anderson Ford in Bullhead City, AZ.
I was able to schedule maintenance appointment for two of my vehicles on same day same time. Matt in the Service Department was very accommodating. After dropping off my first car he arranged for someone to drive me home to get my second car. Matt kept me informed on progress of service and recommended preventative maintenance. We discussed what should be done right away and what can be postponed for a few months. Repairs on both vehicles were completed in a timely manner and coincidentally both cars were ready at the same time.
This was just another great experience I’ve had with this dealership, thank you.

  3. I like this dealership and the people are nice but I have an issue with the communication from the service writers. The first time I came here I had an oil change and inspection. The service writer never went over what they found in the inspection. I was looking at the paperwork a couple of days later and noticed I was badly in need of tires and shocks.
When I went in the second time my ABS and swervy car lights would not go off, I had blown a tire on the highway. I brought it in on a Monday and was told we had to wait to get parts on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, no phone call. Wednesday afternoon came no phone call. I called on Wednesday and left a voice mail, I also left a text. On Thursday I got a text stating the part would be there Friday. I had a dental appointment on Friday and responded to the text asking if I should postpone my dental appointment, no response. I got a text on Friday that my car was ready.
My time deserves as much respect as anyone. To assume I have nothing else going on or to plan for is disrespectful. To take a few moments to update a customer could make all the difference. Otherwise I really like this dealerships service department. Jamie the mechanic and Oscar the driver are wonderful.
